Dr. rer. nat. Josef Linsmeier

Dr. Linsmeier has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1998 and advises clients on all issues related to obtaining and defending technical property rights, ensuring freedom of action against third party property rights, and employee invention law. Due to his former work in industry, Dr. Linsmeier is also very familiar with the entrepreneurial view of industrial property rights.

Dr. Linsmeier's main areas of practice include drafting patent applications, conducting application and examination proceedings of German, European and international patent applications, as well as opposition and opposition appeal proceedings, conducting patent searches, monitoring third party intellectual property rights and preparing expert opinions on the legal status and infringement of third party intellectual property rights.

Dr. Linsmeier's technical focus includes the following fields: medical imaging, medical technology, sensor technology, electrical energy storage technology, automotive technology, wind energy technology, and computer-implemented inventions.
