At home in the IP community

The firm's partners and attorneys are active in all relevant legal, as well as various technical, organizations. This ensures that the firm's attorneys are informed about - and helping actively shape - all significant developments in both intellectual property law and various technical fields.

In particular, we are involved in organizations that further develop national and international patent law and intellectual property protection. In this way, we contribute to the strengthening and further development of the IP system.

Our opinion is also of interest in important legal issues: in so-called amicus curiae briefs, for example, we comment on reference questions submitted to the Enlarged Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office.
In addition, we give lectures at IP conferences, publish in IP journals, and also on patent topics in scientific journals.
