2. Scope of processing of personal data

We collect and use personal data of users of our website only as far as it is necessary to provide a functioning website and to provide our contents and services.

When you access our website, we automatically collect data and information from the computer system of the calling up computer.

The following data are collected in this connection:

- date and time of calling up,
- IP address of the computer from which the request was called up
- version of the browser engine

The data are stored in log files. A storage of this data together with other personal data does not take place. Legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Art. 6 (1) f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serve us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These purposes establish our legitimate interest in the data processing according to Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place.

The collection of data for the provision of the website is essential for the operation of the website. Consequently, there exists no option for contradiction on the part of the user.

The storage of the data in log files by our service provider will be automatically deleted after 30 days at the latest. An additional storage does not take place. The service provider only gives us aggregated information for statistical purposes.

We also use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. The following data are stored and transmitted in the cookies:
- the ID of the internet session, in order to facilitate navigation on the website, and to store user-specific settings, e.g. language settings, which will be automatically deleted after 3 weeks at the latest,
- a marker, if JavaScript is supported by the browser (only until the browser is closed)

Beyond that, we do not use cookies on our website that allow an analysis of the user behavior.

If the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, an additional legal basis for processing data is Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR.

The processing of personal data solely serves us for handling the establishment of contact. In case of establishment of contact via e-mail, this establishes the required legitimate interest for the processing of data.
The user has at any time the possibility to revoke his consent to the processing of the personal data. In case the user contacts us via e-mail, he may object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case, the communication cannot be continued.

You have the right to obtain on request information free of charge about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR) as far as third-party rights are not concerned, in particular legal obligations to confidentiality. In addition, you have the right to demand correction (Art. 16 GDPR) of incorrect data, deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) and limitation of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
